Have you been picking berries and wish you had a bucket?



The CAMP office has an opportunity for you get a free Berry Bucket.
Traditional
activities like berry picking helps to prevent diabetes by gathering healthy
food for you and your family.  Bring in a berry recipe to the CAMP office to
get a Berry Bucket with a lid.  You can fax, email or bring it in to the
CAMP office.



Recipes need to have:

-Your name and contact information

-Name of recipe

-Ingredients

-How many it serves

-Preparation instructions



You can call the CAMP office at 443-3365 with any questions. Email to
smoeder at nshcorp.org  or fax to 443-4571.  Limited supply available, first 30
recipes will get a bucket. Only 1 bucket per person. Happy picking!
