[Nome-announce] Skijor

The exciting sport of skijoring is perfect for Nome.  In this sport, all
you need is a dog that will pull you, a pair of skis, way to attach the
dog to your body, and the desire to go faster than you would by skis
alone.

This is a message to all people who might like to participate in
recreational skijoring, or skijor races.  I am planning on organizing
several events, including a two-day, cumulative time race during
Iditarod.

Please contact me if you are interested, and I will start a skijor email
list.
