[Nome-announce] Animal Shelter

Sorry it's too late for todays open hours, but... the Animal Shelter is located across the street from the new NJUS Power Plant on the Port Road.  It's tucked in behind the city's large tan round watertank.  Look for the  large blue sign on the end of the brown building facing the road, and listen for the barking dogs.
