To all,

1). There will not be a meeting this month. Fishing and other outdoor activities have many members very busy at this time. See you next month.

2). Congratulations to Carl Emmons (KL0FP) for becoming the newest Amateur Extra Class licensee in Nome. Congratulations Carl. Thank you Amateur Extra's Claudia Doyle (KL0HI) and Art Morton (ALOU) for helping with this test session.

3). There will be a SPARC test session at my house July 31, at 7P. Please contact me if you plan on being here.

4). SPARC loans test manuals to individuals interested in taking a ham exam. We now have books available again. Thanks Wes Perkins (KL0FM).

The Seward Peninsula Amateur Radio Club (SPARC) is a group of hams (160+) that have joined together to improve communications in and around the Nome area for the benefit of all. Contact any local ham to find out how to get involved.
