Just a reminder, Anchorage is responsible for the staff # we have, not anyone here in Nome. It's out of their hands. The employees that are there now are doing the best they can with what limits that are put upon them.
DO call in or file online!! I encourage it. The staff here is all we have and they need our support.
Happy Wednesday,
Sara

You can also go to the USPS website (www.usps.com) and register a complaint there. I did just that yesterday, and received a reply that "someone" would contact me within 36 hours. My complaint is directed to the fact the Post Office here is woefully understaffed and services to the consumer have suffered because of that. I really don't see how they can run two facilities with 4 people.
