You can also go to the USPS website (www.usps.com) and register a complaint there. I did just that yesterday, and received a reply that "someone" would contact me within 36 hours. My complaint is directed to the fact the Post Office here is woefully understaffed and services to the consumer have suffered because of that. I really don't see how they can run two facilities with 4 people.
