[Nome-announce] FYI-Post Office Complaints

I thought this information would be of value.

I was told today that while calling our politicians is great, it is highly encouraged to call 1-800-ASK-USPS and file a complaint with them.  The sole purpose of that is because every single call is recorded for review.  After the call is recorded, the claim goes to the appropriate hands. Which in our case, it goes to HQ in Anchorage.

Apparently the Anchorage office does receive these complaints on their desk and in return acknowledge them locally.  

So, if you have complaints, DO CALL 1-800-ASK-USPS and make the problems you are having known.
