[Nome-announce] New nome-announce features

Some changes have been made to the software that handles nome-announce. 
Beginning today, your messages will now be archived so you can search 
old messages with your web browser.

Also, you can now subscribe and unsubscribe online (with a web browser). 
So now if you have friends or family wanting to subscribe, point them to 
this web address:

http://lists.nomekennelclub.com/mailman/listinfo/nome-announce

The archives are the first link on that web page and they started just 
today, so older messages won't show up.

The part on that webpage about subscribing asks for a password now. That 
will only be for subscribing and unsubscribing and won't affect sending 
messages to nome-announce. I have not yet tried it out so don't know if 
there are any problems- be sure to let me know. And I don't know if it 
will send out passwords to members already subscribed. It did to me - 
but I'm the administrator. Not sure what it does for other users. Let me 
know if you have problems.
