We've lived in Icy View for 2 years, the triplex we currently live in is in the mist of being sold and the condition for sale is that we move out so the new owners can fill our apartment with their "own" tenants.  We have 2 little boys ages 1 and 3 to think about and would appreciate any leads toward to a 3 bedroom apartment or house that will be available as of September 30th. 

We can not afford to compete with the hiked prices Alaska Gold individuals are being forced to pay.  We are on a family size income and will provide you with the rent on time and fill your rental with a clean and decent family.
