[Nome-announce] Enrollment for Head Start

Kawerak Head Start is accepting Enrollment Applications for the 2008-2009
school year.

Children must be 3 or 4 by September 1, 2008.

Head Start is a free preschool aged program for 3 & 4 years olds that runs
Monday thru Thursday from September to May that is funded by federal and
state funds.

A few of the things that Kawerak Head Start provides are a hot lunch with
either breakfast or an afternoon snack, bus service in the Nome area, fine &
gross motor opportunities daily, education & literacy exposure and
individualized activities for all children.

Please stop by our office to pick up an application or call us to mail an
application to you. Located at 880 East Sixth Avenue (2 blocks from the
elementary school).

School starts September 2!
