Thank you for all the calls we received for the apartments available. Both of the other units are taken.

We have another apartment that will be available on September 1st. This is an upstairs unit in a duplex (separate entrance, and stairs are inside) with 3 very large bedrooms and one large bathroom with double sinks, approximately 1200 square feet. The unit features a washer and dryer, laminate flooring in the living areas, commercial grade tile in the bathroom, carpet in the bedrooms, and a dishwasher. This unit comes fully furnished with 3 queen sized beds and a television and sofa for the living area. $2200 per month (heat and utilities included). Looking for long term tenants. No pets and no smoking. Location is 120 West 3rd Ave.
