[Nome-announce] Army Corps of Engineers Open House - Clean water act, permitting, etc

US Army Corps of Engineers


Representatives from the US Army Corps of Engineers, Regulatory Division,
will be having an open house at Old St. Joe's Hall on Tuesday, August 5th and
Thursday, August 7th from 5-8 PM both evenings.  Please bring your questions
about Section 404 of the Clean Water Act, Section 10 of the Rivers and
Harbors Act, how to apply for a Corps permit, or anything else related to the
Corps of Engineers Regulatory permitting process.
